Presentation of truffle growing (plantations, trees, the different species of truffles, the different ways to find them – the digging, and finally the conservation and use in gastronomy
Discovery of the truffle for a digging session with the dogs in search of the black diamond
Fully truffled friendly meal: truffled toast, truffled scramble, truffled main course, truffled cheese, truffled dessert, wine and coffee
