After the success of the numerous concerts held this summer in the emblematic places of Saint-Chinian and in particular the Musisc festival, The Musical season continues its crazy adventure in September with the Jazz au Cloître festival! In the sumptuous setting of the cloister of Saint-Chinian this time, between fountain and olive trees, the festival is back with a prestigious and eclectic program.
Jazz au cloître is a great event around Jazz music in the sumptuous setting of the Cloister of Saint-Chinian, between fountain and olive trees.
An institution for many years, and a reference for jazz lovers (but not only!). There is something for everyone: it's the festival of all jazz (dixit Francis Dupeyron, president of the Institut de l'Ancienne Abbaye). This passionate music lover likes to point out that this festival allows you to discover jazz in all its diversity: ragtime, swing, afro jazz...
The festival is back, from September 6 to 8, 2024 with 5 concerts eclectic, where prestigious artists will take the stage.
Music lovers, neophytes, simply curious people: prepare yourself to experience a fabulous journey into the jazz universe, an intoxicating trip with wild cadences and exhilarating rhythms... It's going to swing!
In the evening, at the end of the concert, as is tradition, musicians and audiences meet around a glass of friendship offered by the partner winegrowers for a pleasant moment of conviviality.
