Domaine Pech de Saint-Paul, heir to three generations of winegrowers, produces 20 hectares of AOC and Vin de Pays vines. Located between plains and scrubland, it represents a great diversity of soils and grape varieties allowing it to develop a wide range of cuvées. The cellar of the Domaine, backing onto the “circulade” of the Château de Puisserguier, is located on the road linking the hinterland and the beaches. The original facade represents one of its vines as well as a Roman door. The latter refers to the Domitian Way passing not far from here.
The estate also produces olive oil, which is sold in the cellar all year round.
