The Brasserie du Château Les Carrasses offers reinvented Mediterranean cuisine based exclusively on fresh local produce. The menu changes according to the best market opportunities from our producers. Meals are served in the living room retaining certain features of its past, notably the cast iron pillars and the vaulted ceilings. And what could be more wonderful than also savoring these fresh products (some of them grown directly on the property) on the terrace with a spectacular view of the Domaine and the vineyards which separate Capestang and Quarante!
The little ones will be won over by discovering the farm animals: chickens, donkeys, pigs including its mascot Elliott, a little dwarf pig from Göttingen. Recently installed in the large wooded park of the castle, these new residents, pampered by Mario the farmer, are waiting for you for a rural meeting.
