The Domaine de La Grange Haute is located on the slopes of a very worn secondary massif. The soil of sandy structure, with a clay-limestone subsoil, is by nature not very fertile. Its orientation in the Levant towards the Mediterranean places it under the maritime influence but with intense sunshine.
Here, the vines are planted on the scale of a rough terrain where the geological strata overlap. This varied and mineralized soil gives simple and fresh wines on the fruit, for your aperitifs, meals or barbecues. The Domaine Pays d'Oc wines and Pays d'Hérault wines in red, white and rosé.
The Domaine de la Grange Haute brings together 11 ha (Syrah, Merlot and Chardonnay) around its imposing wine cellar.
Reasoned viticulture, tillage, individual drip irrigation control at each vine.
Thanks to a small-volume vat room, allowing wine to be vinified by grape variety and by plot, delicious, tasty wines are offered.
