Coming from a family of Languedoc winegrowers, Cyril's passion for this profession was born over time and family harvests. Cyril and Nadia acquired a vineyard in Saint-Chinian in 1998, made up of very varied plots, it allows them to produce blended wines of great aromatic richness.
The vines are managed according to the principles of sustainable management and respect for the environment, this approach is certified in Organic Agriculture and high Environmental Value.
Their new cellar, implemented in collaboration with the architects Passelac and Roques, was completed in the summer of 2015. Located on the heights of St Chinian, it offers a privileged panorama of the appellation.
