Stephan Paroche and Justine Viano offer local and Mediterranean cuisine in line with the “Farm to Table” approach dear to Castigno.
The dishes prepared are based on extra-fresh local products. Homemade charcuterie, aromatic herbs, vegetables from the organic garden, cured meat, organic wines from Château Castigno, all this in the open air, between the gardens and the fountain!
At La Table, there is no card or menu, “going to a restaurant without knowing what you are going to eat is part of the experience that the chefs want to offer”.
