Fine pastry bakery. The Palais des Saveurs is located on the large shaded square in the center of the village of Capestang, opposite the collegiate church. Everything is delicious! The house specialties are macaroons, fresh fruit tarts, panettone, brioche (a real MUST for breakfast) and natural sourdough bread.
