Leaving from Saint-Chinian, this fairly easy 48 km loop perfectly alternates welcoming villages, wine estates that cultivate vines that have been present since the Roman Empire and small heritage sites that know how to show themselves to attentive hikers. A variant is possible towards Capestang, to discover the Canal du Midi.
