With always the same desire to ensure our visitors a quality welcome with adapted equipment, the tourist office of the Canal du Midi in Saint-Chinian is committed to the process of welcoming people with disabilities by joining with the Tourism and Handicap label.
Indeed, the specifications of the label require premises, equipment and an efficient reception adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
Our two reception points were certified in June 2019 for the four categories of disability: motor, visual, auditory, mental.
The staff of the tourist office is trained to welcome you and help you prepare for your stay.
We welcome you to our accessible and comfortable reception areas.
We guarantee you parking spaces nearby, appropriate information media as well as clear, consistent and easily identifiable signage.
